Account information: name, email address, password (hashed), phone number, role within the Association, and unit number.
Association information: association name, governing documents, financial records, member rosters, meeting minutes, vendor records, and correspondence you upload.
Payment information:processed by Stripe under Stripe’s privacy policy. We do not store full card numbers or bank account credentials on our servers.
Usage information: log data, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and features used. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
Communications:messages you send through the platform’s communication hub, including emails routed to per-community inboxes.

- To authenticate users and prevent fraud
- To facilitate communications between board members, residents, and vendors
- To process payments and disburse funds
- To generate compliance summaries and AI-assisted suggestions
- To send transactional notifications (statutory notices, payment confirmations, ballots)

5. How we share information
We share personal information only as follows:
- Within your Association. Board members, the manager (if any), and other authorized members can see information appropriate to their role.
- Service providers. Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and storage), Anthropic (AI), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS and CDN), and email providers. Each provider is bound by data-processing agreements.
- Legal compliance. Where required by subpoena, court order, or other legal process. We will notify you when permitted.
- Successor entity. In a merger, acquisition, or sale, your information may transfer to the successor under the same protections.
We will never sell your personal information.
